I got these for our senior gal with major dental issues. What’s left of her teeth are fragile. These worked great though.

These are great for senior dogs or dogs with brittle or soft teeth. I was in auto delivery for this product but it keeps getting shipped in an envelope the the product is crushed and in crumbs by the time I get it. I will buy these from the pet store and unfortunately pay more.

My dog is a foodie and he chewed these with pleasure. However, the texture and density is less than I expected. They seemed to crumble too easily under the pressure of a 95lb. older dog. I questioned how much cleaning benefit the dog would get.I would buy this brand again but not this specific product.

I have a 12 year old dog adopted from the shelter at age 7. Her teeth were bad because she had been fed table scraps so her teeth and gums were in terrible condition and very sensitive to dog food. She was also morbidly obese and suffering from advanced arthritis in her hips from having been a "puppy factory" for her previous owner. Dutch-ess was scheduled to be euthanized the week we adopted her. My husband and I always adopt out pets and usually they are in good health and much younger. Dutch "deserved" better than she had been given by her previous owner. We had to give her a second life. Worked great but hurt my senior dogs mouth. I had to break up the 2nd one. She has an infected tooth I wasn’t aware of & it irritated her gums. I think it’d be better to go with a small breed version for my Senior pup

It was too expensive for the quantity

Although my dog enjoyed them his stomach got a tad upset and his breath smelled worse....

My dog will not eat these. She does not like to eat things that she has to work at to eat. The sensitive gum ones did not work for her, so we decided to try the Senior Dog version since those are softer, but she will not eat those either. She at the first couple we gave her very slowly (over the course of a week) after we broke it for her of these ones, and only 1 of the Senior version, and now the second one we broke up for her is still sitting on the floor 2 weeks later. No interest in it whatsoever.

Tried these for my 2 senior dogs to see how they like them. Turns out they love them and they really do freshen their breath. One of my dogs is missing some teeth and he is fine with these. I have the medium and large dog chews. The medium ones are softer and less dense than the large size. I can't speak to the teeth cleaning part as I still brush my dog's teeth.
