These are quick & surprisingly good. As good as a home-cooked meal? Probably not, but very tasty for a ready made lunch or dinner. Not very spicy, but good flavor. Would definitely recommend.

I love this stuff. A little rice, steam a few vegetables of your choice, put the vegetables on the rice and pour this on top of all. Quick, easy, healthy, delicious
