Plaid Delta 108 Sobo Premium Craft and Fabric Glue, 8-Ounce

My #1 choice for Crafting Glue, I use it on paper, foam, yarn, metal, etc. Depending on the project, drying time varies, but this is a sturdy glue when thoroughly dried. Keep in mind this is a water based glue, so do NOT use on a washable item, but perfect on non washable items. No smell. Goes on white, dries CLEAR. I use a round toothpick to apply this glue in tiny areas, but it can be spread with a fingertip or the glue bottle tip. Easy clean up, washes off skin with little effort.

Sobo glue is a reliable stand-by.

I have been buying Aleen's fabric glue for a very long time and it's not cheap. I am so glad I decided to give this a try because it works great and it's just as good. I usually use a flat iron or regular iron to make sure everything adheres properly and I never have to worry about it again. As another reviewer pointed out, you have to make sure you always keep the lid closed because it does start to dry at the top, but I had the same issue with Aleen's all the time, so much that I actually stopped buying the big bottles and stuck with the tiny ones instead so if they dried up it wouldn't be a total waste. I bought this bottle a long time ago and it's been holding up better than any Aleen's bottle in this size I ever purchased.

Adhesive works plenty well, not very quick to dry and is not waterproof. I can't see anywhere in the online ad that says it is, but does mention it can be a fabric adhesive which I wanted it for fabrics. Then I see where the label says "Do not wash."

Not sure if the date on the bottle is mfg. date or expiration date, but it was more than a year past the date. Product seems ok, time will tell.

I'm an architecture student currently wrapping up my fourth semester. I bought this bottle of glue before the first day of college started, and I am honestly amazed at what I was able to do with a single bottle. I don't know what anybody thinks we do in architecture school, but there is a LOT of glue involved. I've included some of the projects that I've made with this bottle of glue, but this is really a tiny tiny sample of a couple things from this year, not even touching on process models or anything I did last year.Need to glue basswood sticks? Sobo. Need to glue paper? Sobo? Foamcore? Chip board? Museum board? Acetate? Crescent board? It can be done. I know a lot of my peers use other glues (tacky glue, locktite, etc.) but really I've never had any success with them. Either they're too sticky or not sticky enough or they solidify too quickly. Also, this glue doesn't smell as if you're trying to dump chemicals into your project in the hopes of starting a new sci-fi novel to get out of doing your homework.Anyway, dozens of models later and I have finally run out of my bottle of glue. It is nearly unrecognizable at this point, as the label has faded and deformed from the sheer amount of time I have spent holding it. It has faced many battles with me, and I intend on replacing it with a very similar bottle. 10/10

I've used Sobo glue for 20 years, and refuse to use anything else for crafts. This stuff works for almost everything (and hot glue takes care of the rest). Definitely recommend.

Works very well with fabric. For appliqué or just to secure seams instead of pins. Dries clear and washes well. I usually scoop some out into small pot or a mini yoghurt pot and apply it with a brush as it is little to thick to apply with the nozzle.

Very sticky to work with, but glued nicely without wrinkles

Excellent fast drying glue. I use for silk flower making. Dries clear.
