This is the single best recipe book I’ve ever bought.
I’ve got so many other books which I love, but every other book asks for obscure ingredients that most people would never buy, or things that are just a tad OTT or have flavours that don’t suit everyone or are just a bit ‘too healthy’ if that makes sense. This book is SO simple and has NORMAL food in it that everyone would love!! It’s got popular dishes in that would suit the whole family, ones that those who aren’t being particularly healthy wouldn’t notice their plate of food being any different, but allows those who want to try and track what they’re eating or have a healthier alternative to still be able to do, without having to do different meals for different people in the house.No cutting out any type of food, no going hungry, no missing out, just plain simple ways of having normal food, while still being able to meet your nutrition goals.Thank god for the Fitness Chef, talking sense and making nutrition easy in a world where everyone else wants to make out it’s an overly complex path to do so.I don’t know a single person that would regret buying this book.

New staple in my cuisine
The very best of recipes I'd normally avoid because of ingredients or too much fat / carbs!Yummy recipes that include macro breakdown make this the closest thing to the holy grail of cooking while on a health journey!In this book Graeme once again proves you don't need to give up food you love, you can fit it into your macros by adjusting and swapping quantities!Easy to follow recipes, no fuss ingredients make super tasty plates!

You don’t need anything else!
Love this book. Graeme seeks to get rid of all the rubbish surrounding the dieting industry and remove the guilt from enjoying the foods you love. Great recipes, easy swaps, well written. 10/10 in my view! I have the previous book and it really changed my mindset from years of brainwashing. Thank you Graeme for yet another great book. The Facebook group is a real bonus if anyone wants to join. Graeme himself is in the group and will actively answer any queries/questions.

Excellent Book Buy it now!
Excellent book teaches you that you don’t need a diet or fad slimming club as you already have a diet normal foods nothing forbidden, bad, free, pointed etc. If you want to loose weight and learn that you can do it eating real food then buy this book. You really don’t need to join a slimming club that is really only interested In taking your money and keeping you on the diet treadmill, no food is free that you can eat limitless amounts! No food has a point or zero point and no food is bad you don’t need slimming world, weight watchers, keto, Atkinson, slim fast or any other so called diet, this book teaches you that you already have a diet that you can eat any food even the so called bad foods, that you can still have a takeaway, you just need to watch your calorie intake and if you need to loose weight you reduce your calories and pick wiser options. Please stop listening to the so called diet clubs, listen to The Fitness Chef buy this book you won’t regret it. Good luck Stay safe

Great range of recipes - especially good for husband!
Arrived in good condition. Very attractive layout, easy to read and refer to. My husband needs to lose a few pounds and I would never get him to eat fad diet food or plain tasting food, so this is a great idea and I have been through it and stuck yellow stickies to mark the ones he’ll like and the yellow stickies are now on practically every page. It is just what I was hoping for.
