Easy to use

I am trying to get some help but Amazon is making it so hard! My Chromebook has decided not to work this morning and I either want a refund or help to get it fixed. I have had this laptop for 4 months only! I have paid for 2 years guarantee....WHAT DO I DO?!!!

Only had this a day so will update my review if I run into any issues. I last had a laptop 6 years ago and it got me through uni but took ages to load up and was awkward to use.Played around with thus for hours yesterday and it was speedy and enjoyable and suited to my needs. My first chromebook so wasn't sure what to expect (my main needs are word processing and teams) and it handles this fine and I prefer the free Google docs to Microsoft word. I got this device for £124 something pound which was a steal and I would easily pay up to £200 for it.Very impressed. Seller made sure it arrived quickly and safely and zero issues there. Take my review with a pinch of salt as it is very early days but as I said I will edit if any issues crop up and I used a lot of the features for many hours last night.

I bought it for my daughters home schooling, after out previous laptop died an unexpected death.It’s great value for money, she currently uses it an average of 6 hours a day and we only need to charge it every 3rd day and it’s fully charged in an hour. I’ve never had a device battery last so long.The built in camera and microphone are sufficient for the zoom lessons, and we’ve never had any problems with it.
