Good for a back sleeper that moves around a bit
My husband is a back sleeper and this is his favorite pillow by far. He had me order a second to be sure he has a back up & tossed all the others he’s tried.

Very Disappointed
I have owned many pillows made by Downlite, some sold under licensed labels, and they were always reliably comfortable quality pillows. Not this one! The description states that the shell is 100% cotton, but the stiff, almost plastic feel of the fabric tells me it is a synthetic, and one that crinkles loudly at the slightest touch. Imagine trying to sleep on a pillow that makes noise every time you move! In addition, the fill is rather slight, certainly not sufficient to qualify as firm. I returned the pillows within an hour of receiving them.

Nice, but not what I hoped for
These core pillows are nice, but they are not like the core pillows at the Hyatt. If you are looking for a firmer pillow, this is not the one. However, if you want a slightly softer, fluffy pillow, this one fits the bill!

So comfy
I ordered two of these and if I can offer advice order the king size one! It's way better than the queen. We stay at Drury Inn and I have been searching for the pillows they use and these came up. Honestly the best pillow love ever had.

Just Eh. Big let down.
A little disappointed in these. I matched the SKU with the website. They are a lot cheaper here, so I went for it. These pillows quickly went flat in a few days. Big gap in the middle where my head rests. No support. Don't waste your money.

Not for side sleepers
This thing is super thick, and side sleepers do not want their necks cranked at a 45% angle all night.
