there is an error in the drive which occurs every now and then
I am not happy with the laptop as I get an error in its drive where the screen would be frozen and doesn't respond, this is happenening every couple of days.

super slow
It's literally slower than my phone, it's brand new and takes about 5 minutes just to load my internet browser, now im trying to install windows updates to fix the issue and it's been stuck on 0% installed for about 20 minutes, idk what went wrong with my laptop specifically but it's grabage

No camera, not fully touchscreen and does not support the surface pen.Little disappointed

Very disappointed, bought it 3 months ago, already the keypad is not working, contacted Microsoft, very poor customer service, it is within warranty, however, it is diff to contact them, the no they gave goes to automated voice call which fobs u off
