Q: can these be used to weigh down patio furniture outdoors?

Possibly. I use them to hold down expensive equipment so it is possible to hold down furniture depending on how you do it. Although I can warn you, they are cheap and rip easily. Thankfully I put the sand in a bag within the bag that kept it still together. After using it on just one day of filming, I had to duck tape half of my bags back together. We were not rough with them nor did we overstuff them, so the conclusion is that they were cheaply made and I should never skimp on any equipment, not even sandbags.

Q: Can they be used to weigh down patio curtains from wind gusts or very windy days?

Probably if you can tuck the bottom of the curtains between the saddle bags or under the paired saddlebags. If the curtain bottom has laces, use the lace thru the saddlebag handle. If no laces, you can create Gorilla tape tabs to tuck under the saddlebags or to create lacing loops to tie to the saddlebag handles. I use my 2 sets around umbrella posts and on the floor of my tent to keep them in place in moderate and high winds.

Q: How do I get my receipt from my phone. I don’t get a print receipt option when I open the order.
