I have been using 3-ply masks since the pandemic, and recently ordered these Kenko 4-ply ones. I like this type of surgical masks because they are comfortable to wear. The 4-ply ones especially provide an extra layer of protection, and still easy to breath. The metal strip at top is adjustable to fit around my nose. It helps to hold the mask from slipping down, and also to prevent unfiltered air flowing through both sides of my nose. The ear straps are thin and soft which don't irritate my ears even after hours of wearing it.

Haven't been able to send the mask through filtration testing, so will have to accept manufacturer claims. The issue is with the "elastic" on the sides of the mask -- instead of attaching them to the corners, as in traditional surgical masks, these are attached inside a fused "band" which makes them about 1/4" shorter on each side. If the manufacturer changed this, it would be a far more acceptable product. I bought these to wear as an extra layer to cloth masks, hoping to increase the particulate size to 95 (95% filtration).

Very good protection but cannot breathe easy out them….but fir maximum protection fir a short period of time; convenient to have. Many persons ask me fir one when they know that they need Extra protection in meetings ie large or unfamiliar crowd

The elastic band is comfortable; however, the metal band to conform the mast over the nose is not very effective. It doesn't bend very easily or sufficient enough so there is a gap between the mask and my face. My son tried the mask and said the same thing.

I absolutely love these mask! They are 4-Ply and very easy to breathe through. When I go out to shop, I wear two of these mask and I have no trouble breathing. I highly recommend that you purchase these mask as they are worth the money!!!

By far the worst mask I’ve used in two years of pandemic. The nose bridge is cheap plastic or something, and immediately straightens no matter how much you bend it, leaving huge gaps at the top of mask (rendering it entirely useless), and also causing the rough, scratchy fabric to push your nose in. So extremely uncomfortable and completely ineffective all in one.After five minutes of this foul smelling, ill fitting and rough fabric muzzle, I would choose not breathing over ever wearing it again
