Helly-HansenWorkwear Women's 75520 HH LIFA Merino Pant

I've owned these HH long johns for over a year, wearing them weekly in the winter months skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. I wash them on gentle cycle and air dry. They have held up very well, look almost brand new. Super warm and confortable, don't bother me at all wearing underneath slim ski bibs, bulkier snow pants, regular hiking pants, and waterproof hiking pants. They are thick which I wanted, so be aware if your outer pants are already quite snug. I'm 5' 1.5" tall, weigh between 130-140 pounds. The waistband is up higher which I prefer, don't like those low cut waistbands which slip too low during active sports.Very happy with this purchase.

I bought these less than a year ago because the product that I wanted "Helly-Hansen Womens LIFA Merino Heavyweight Base Layer Pant, 990" was unavailable. This product (Helly-Hansen Workwear Women's 75520 HH LIFA Merino Pant) was suggested as an alternative. It is not the same quality and should return it. One leg was about 1 inch shorter than the other. Within 2 weeks the waist band elastic rolled. Within 6 months, the waistband elastic came apart at the seam that joins the two ends of the elastic. Now there is no stretch at all. I am very disappointed. The heavyweight base layer pants were great. This product is not.

These pants are low key, perfect for work that requires flexible movement, and they can sustain some warmth without thickness.There are no pockets on these pants. Quality material and softness that is of a better warmth than sweatpants.
