Perfect size
Perfect size for what my kitchen needed. I bought the chimney from Home Depot and the top shaft was small. Upon advice from my contractor, I ordered this online. Fits perfectly and aligns perfectly with my chimney’s intake.

Extremely disappointed!
Not the same measurement as described & I had to take it to a welding shop to have it cut to exact size for $90.00 !!!!

Worked to extend my Zomagas range hood vent stack.
Had ordered a Zomagas range hood (part ZMS-0275), that was for up to 8'6" ceilings. I missed that detail... This was the perfect solution to get to my 9'1" ceiling. It replaced the original ~14" top piece and slide into the lower as the top would have perfectly.

Damaged and currently unavailable to get new one
Took about a week to receive this hood as our chimney for the one we received was too short. This hood arrived bent bad in two spots. Looked to send it back and get a new one but it’s unavailable and we needed it for final inspection and this was the only one with the dimensions that fit our hood. We had to mount it but it looks really bad with couple of scratches but the dents and bends it had make it look gaudy. Hopefully makers of this product see this review and stock more as the state at which we received it was of poor quality.

That's not fit the model hood
Spoke to customer service before purchasing the item and they assured me this was the right extension.. It was not.... When I contacted them back their solution was for me to return everything turn everything including the hood... Although I got a refund I then had to purchase a much more expensive alternative, As by that time my contractors were already working and on the clock.
