It’s def held up
I haven’t owned any other bbl pillow so I can’t really compare but I have heard a ton of people say negatives about their bbl pillow and I can’t relate. My pillow has been a life saver!At the recovery home I let a few girls borrow my pillow and they ordered it immediately❤️ they said mine was so much more comfortableSometimes my back would need a break and I would kneel in the floor, I’d kneel on the bbl for comfort.I didn’t like sleeping on the donut so I used my bbl pillow for sleeping until I got home and used a pregnancy pillow. I’m almost a yr post op and still use my pillow for driving. I don’t need it anymore it’s just so comfortable I prefer using it than not

Comfy
I use this for my car. I try to avoid sitting as much as possible and have found that I only truly need it for my car when I am driving. This BBL pillow is very comfy, the back pillow definitely helps. At first I didn't like that it wasn't attached because even though the back pillow comes with a strap for the seat, the strap CONSTANTLY falls off and I gave up trying to make it work but its better because I can adjust the back pillow how I want it. I use it vertically instead of horizontally.

Highly recommend

Not satisfied. The pillow is not firm and when you sit on it it goes down so we defeat the purpose because your butt still hits the seat

Don't Work
This does not work!! it is too thin which doesn't prevent your butt from touching the seat... and the back support strap constantly pops lose as the hooks doesn't secure in properly.
