Q: Why does it say that I cannot leave sugar drinks in it for more than 24 hours?

They can to rancid. I left my coffee in it for a week and it was pretty terrifying. A bottle isn't a good replacement for a fridge.

Q: does it fit in auto drink holder ?

Yes my 24 oz bottle (taller thinner bottle) fits in a vehicle drink holder and on the side of my backpack

Q: Why does the lid plug pop out all the time? At least twice a week.

Mine is a pop top lid I don't know about the lid plug.

Q: Will hydro flask wide mouth caps fit this?

Now that I'm not sure. However, if you take the top off of this bottle, it has a wide mouth.
