I have an old dishwasher, so I looked around the internet for a long while to find a silverware basket. This fit perfectly and does a great job of organizing my silverware. The basket top lifts open to allow for larger items.

Replaced the older one that had holes punctured in the bottom. This is very sturdy and well built, even tougher than the older one. The shape is not exactly the same but measuring showed it would fit just fine and it does.

Large - like the original basket should have been. Very good quality and price.

After m9ving from our previous home to another area, we purchased a new whirlpool dishwasher. That basket didn't have the silverware separater I liked from my previous one and I saw this and it fits and works great. I am very happy with this one.

The basket can fit into all four sides of the bottom of the dishwasher. It’s easy to move it around to accommodate your dishes. The top of the basket has three different compartments that open and shut independently of each other; two smaller ones on the side and a larger one in the middle. It is also important to note that the middle lid can be easily removed and reattached if necessary. This makes configuring your utensils and small bits very easy and practical. New dishwasher has a slide-out top tray for silverware and cooking utensils, but things don't actually get really clean up there. This basket is a perfect drop-in addition.

I’m so happy we have this new silverware basket. It fits perfectly and is well made.
