We found this item on line and were impressed by the reviews and it's competitive price. Upon receipt of the item I found the quality of the materials for this product were impressive also. It's currently being installed in a new home build. We'll know soon on it's functionality...

First, the faucet set is beautiful; took my Master Bedroom/Bathroom addition up several notches to luxurious from basic due to its sleek design. I love the modern feel and definitely would recommend the product and company to anyone looking for nice elements that are reasonably priced. Unfortunately, due to the timing of the project and build with inspections, etc. I am just getting to actually USE my space. I just moved into my beautiful new Master just to find the bathtub will not get HOT. Had to have my contractor tear out my huge 24 x 48 tile to discover that the piece/valve was not functioning properly/switching over for the hot water to come out. I contacted Homary and am awaiting their reply. I hope to be able to get just that part sent as replacement. Will update my review in the future.

The product looks great but it is very poorly designed with a major engineering problem! Product was professionally installed but do to an product problem does not property flush to the wall. The manufacture Homary is a Chinese based company with a US phone number that just uses Amazon to ship its product. I have communicated with the company for several days each time they send an email in the middle of the night asking for more video or pictures with out a resolution. Don't buy this product unless you want to have a poorly engineered product in you new bathroom. Have contacted Amazon to request their A to Z guarantee

Love this faucet, looks great with standalone tub. The waterfall feature is great for creating a bubble bath. The faucet/wand switch is very easy to use.I took a star off because in the couple months since it was installed light yellow water comes out for about a minute if it is not used daily. The other thing is the handle is the opposite of everything else, handle moves to right for hot water (see photo) and the hot/cold indicators are hard to see. Most of my other faucets use red and blue to indicate temperature.

Very handsome, expensive look and weight to this faucet set. Packaged very well for shipping. Instructions are minimal, but my husband is a plumber and didn’t have any issues. He liked the construction of this product.
