We found this item on line and were impressed by the reviews and it's competitive price. Upon receipt of the item I found the quality of the materials for this product were impressive also. It's currently being installed in a new home build. We'll know soon on it's functionality...

While I love the sleek look of this paired with our new stand alone bathtub, I am disappointed with the hand shower portion of the set up. We purchased this product back in June and finally installed it just this week. The hand faucet works great but the hand shower was not sealed properly on the front end. Enough gaps were left that when you transfer the water to it, water then comes out where it's supposed to and shoots our of the top as well. Due to the fact that water comes out both sides, it creates a mess that always needs to be cleaned up. It was a great idea but ultimately failed when the production didn't follow through with the build. Now it will need replaced and we will be looking to purchase from a different company. The only reason I didn't give it one star is because I do like the main faucet.

First, the faucet set is beautiful; took my Master Bedroom/Bathroom addition up several notches to luxurious from basic due to its sleek design. I love the modern feel and definitely would recommend the product and company to anyone looking for nice elements that are reasonably priced. Unfortunately, due to the timing of the project and build with inspections, etc. I am just getting to actually USE my space. I just moved into my beautiful new Master just to find the bathtub will not get HOT. Had to have my contractor tear out my huge 24 x 48 tile to discover that the piece/valve was not functioning properly/switching over for the hot water to come out. I contacted Homary and am awaiting their reply. I hope to be able to get just that part sent as replacement. Will update my review in the future.

The product looks great but it is very poorly designed with a major engineering problem! Product was professionally installed but do to an product problem does not property flush to the wall. The manufacture Homary is a Chinese based company with a US phone number that just uses Amazon to ship its product. I have communicated with the company for several days each time they send an email in the middle of the night asking for more video or pictures with out a resolution. Don't buy this product unless you want to have a poorly engineered product in you new bathroom. Have contacted Amazon to request their A to Z guarantee
