I started implementing tongue scraping in my oral hygiene routine and I was pleasantly surprised at how much my oral health has improved by using this tool every day. The material is lightweight and flexible and allows for firm strokes without being painful on the tongue. I haven't come across any issues using it, and I bought this two-pack to give one to my sister. The pouch is also very useful, as my bathroom is quite small, and I appreciate being able to tuck this in a drawer and out of the way until I need it again.Very happy with the purchase.

Wasn't sure if really worth it years ago, but still using it daily. I keep the spare one for travel. Easy to clean and disinfect with alcohol. It does the job well because it reaches back further on the tongue without gagging. Whatever the price is today, just get it. Much safer than using disposable plastic and plastic is not that safe to use.

Why did I not get this sooner. I brush my teeth and tongue I thought really well but this thing cleans your tongue so easily and quickly. It's a must have and will definitely be in stocking this year.

Better than just brushing the tongue, lightly scrapes the gunk for fresher breath and a cleaner mouth for better oral health. Also, the tool is easy to keep clean

I used to think tongue scraping was one of those weird hippie-dippie type things I'd never do. Well, after reading a book on Ayurveda I thought it might actually be beneficial so I bought these and started using them. I've since become a fan. I can't say that my dentist has had anything to say about the new practice but what I do know is that it does leave my mouth feeling fresher than brushing alone when I start my day. I also noticed at first that my taste buds were much more sensitive to my morning coffee so you may find a similar reaction too which for some might be off-putting.

1) good construction materials (steel?)2) there is no flavor, not sure why it wants a number, no flavor as there should be3) easy to clean (run under water)4) comes with a very nice natural cotton bag that is possibly the best part5) 2 or 1 deal, cave one away as a gift and the case/cotton bag is being used to protect an Omitama holy object.6) Only downside maybe is it is a bit heavy and I used to have one that was a lot lighter. I haven’t been using it daily. Not much of any texture and is very smooth so I can’t yet tell if it does anything. I’d recommend this one 100x more than the overpriced one on Goop. If you lack a trust fund and want to try out a tongue scraper, it’s worth the $4-8 risk.
