So, I'm typically skeptical about these 'supplements', but the reviews were so good on this one, I took a chance. It arrived, and I put it in the drawer because I had an appointment with the doctor the next morning, and I thought I'd run it past him. He said the usual, 'no evidence to support it really does anything', but also 'it won't hurt you, so try it if you want to'.So when I got home from his office, I took one. I'd had a pretty big outing. Doctor, met someone for lunch, a little shopping, a few errands. Typically enough to make me head straight for a nap when I got home. I thought first, I'll give the dogs a bath. Then I did some household chores, and later made myself some dinner, which I hate to do because I hate making dinner.As I was going to bed, I remembered somebody on here saying they had done a bunch of stuff too, out of the ordinary, before they remembered they'd taken this pill. I wondered about it as I went to sleep. It was like *lightbulb*! THEN this morning I wake up, and I feel soo much better. My energy is back, my head is clear, my thought processes are faster, I'm in a better mood. I don't feel as depressed as I usually do, as tired, or as foggy. For about thirty minutes after I took the pill, my heart felt like it pounded a little, but it soon subsided.I will update my review if any of this changes, because I don't want to mislead anybody. But for the moment, COUNT ME IN!So count me in. I usually wait until I've had something a while before I review it, but honestly, I'm so delighted I couldn't wait.
