It's ok for the money

I bought this for a pendent that came without a chain. Came exactly as described, with lobster closure and in the length I ordered. Purchased a little over a year ago and the chain is a bit less shiny than when I first received. I don't wear jewelery all the time so not sure how it would hold up for someone who 'lives' in their jewelery. I have allergies with certain metals that cause terrible rashes and have not had any issues with this chain. My daughter, a one year old, has yet to snap the chain so I definitely think it's durable. Never had it tangle up my hair either so that's a definite plus!

I love Sabrina Silver and have been buying their silver box chains for years. Only thing is you have to be careful and purchase a little thicker chains, or they can break pretty easy. I don't know if I could send them back to be repaired? But they do last several years if you're careful, they never tarnish and look beautiful.

Delicate yet sturdy.

This is a nice chain. The box links are well defined. The 1mm width is very unlikely to break with normal wear. I also like the fact that this chain has a lobster clasp, which means that it's more secure. The 18 inch length comes to the upper middle of my chest. I wear a charm on this chain and wear two other necklaces with it, one on a 16 inch chain and one on a 17 inch chain. Having three pendants close together is a nice look. I am pleased with this purchase. I didn't expect such a nice weight chain for the money. I'm glad I got the larger width though. Nothing's worse than having a chain break and losing the pendant because of it. I think this chain is safe from breakage and the sturdy clasp helps. I will have it for years to come. I highly recommend this chain.

This chain is beautiful! So glad I purchased it. I have a larger neck than average, so I ordered the 20" chain to put a tiny pendant on (pendant hasn't arrived yet, so I used a larger one than I plan to use to take the picture- still looks beautiful.) It's perfect! (20" length includes the clasp.) I took a picture alongside my thinner .8mm chain for size reference. This chain is lovely! Very happy.

It's been just over a month and the chain already broke. In the center of the chain, not at the clasp like you'd assume.
