I would recommend
I am 5'7" and pre preg 150lbs. Currently 25 weeks and 165 lbs. Purchase size large in brown. They fit well with noticeable compression without being uncomfortable. They stay in place well, but do need to be pulled up over belly on occasion...with my frequent bathroom trips this has to happen anyways. They are sheer and moderate weight. I wear under work clothes in A/C so they don't make me hot. They seem to be of good quality/durability. I have worn for a couple of days and washed/air dried once and they remain in new-like condition. They are a bit tight with first wear and were not easy to put on, but I suppose any full coverage compression garment is going to be like this. I have two concerns, 1. that I will be able to maneuver to get them on when my belly is bigger, and 2. that the belly panel will stretch to fit over my belly when I am end 3rd trimester. The only negative is the seam up the front belly panel shows through fitted clothes.

Like many of you ladies who probably purchased these
Like many of you ladies who probably purchased these, I am struggling during pregnancy #2 with varicose veins. I am currently 16 weeks and was experiencing throbbing and pain due to some veins popping out. I purchased these because I didn't want pantyhose that covered my feet to wear every day. If I'm wearing a dress, I'll wear pantyhose but other than that....no thanks. My feet need to breathe. Anyway, I am 5'2" and currently about 137/138 at almost 17 weeks along. I ordered the small. They are a little tough to get on, but I find this to be a good thing when it comes to compression wear. I don't want them to be loose! Once they are on, they are very comfortable. Very minor issues with falling down at the belly. I pull the bottom ankle part down over my heel so it's about halfway on my foot because I don't like when it cuts into my ankles. I have noticed decrease throbbing pain where the veins were.

Size up
Purchased this based on my weight of 187 during my third trimester. They where hard to get into but did make my legs feel better. Could only wear them for 4 hours a day. Band at the tummy is too small and had to be folded un my belly which was uncomfortable after 4 hours. I purchased the next size up in Tall, again hard to get into but these are much more comfortable around the belly. Band can actually get over my tummy. Not sure how long I can stay in them but so far they are better then the first size. My suggestion is if your close to the end of the weight scale for one of the sizes then size up.

Nice product, a couple flaws
I will be flying during my 26th and 27th weeks of pregnacy (6.5 months) and bought these tights to improve circulation while on the plane. The cocoa color that I purchased are a little shiny for my tastes. They remind me of the tights I would wear in tap class while little. There is no mistaken that they are compression tights. I had never worn compression clothing and found these tights a bit difficult to get on. The compression is greatest at the ankle, so once they were past that it was a little easier to pull up (for reference I am 5'3" and 180 lbs @ 6 months pregnant with second child). Once they were on the tights were quite comfortable and didn't dig into my belly or ankles during the couple hours I wore them.Unfortunately I managed to get a run in them while putting them on. I'm guessing this was because of my super strong pregnancy fingernails. While they're "thicker" than regular pantyhose, they are still susceptible to runs.Overall I would purchase this product again, but probably not for everyday use unless I was experiencing some swelling or something.

Recommend
I bought these at 5 months pregnant- just when I was beginning to show. I had just started to get leg cramps while sleeping and a friend recommended compression tights to help. I began wearing them to work every day and noticed a huge difference in my energy level while at work and I stopped getting leg cramps when sleeping at night. I am now 8.5 months pregnant and am about to purchase my third pair. They are great, but they do develop snags, runs and holes with heavy wear (5x's week for 8+ hour work days). I wear them under scrubs as I work as a speech therapist in a skilled nursing facility. I recommend them, just sucks they don't last a little longer. On the positive side, $20 really isn't THAT bad when purchasing a product that is providing you benefits (increased energy, no leg cramps, AND I have not developed a single vericose vein or spider veins throughout my pregnancy)... worth it to me!!

I think they are great
There are plenty of mixed reviews online and so I ordered a large even though I am usually a medium. The sizing chart said that for my height 5'8" and maternity weight 150 (at 6 months) I should order a large so I did. They were really tight the first time I put them on but they stretch and after the first day, I found that I had to keep pulling them up. I've been wearing them for about 5 days with one wash so far (hand wash) under my maternity jeans and yoga pants. I noticed that after 3 days my legs were back to their skinny pre-pregnancy thickness. I can't comment on tired legs or pain because i didn't have that problem before hand, but I was starting to get varicose veins. Again, after 3 days the varicose veins in my calf decreased noticeably but the ones above my knees have not, yet. Perhaps I need a stronger weight, maybe a 20-30 mHg instead of the 15-20. Overall, for the price I think they work great, feel great and I plan on ordering another pair in black. Also, I found the thickness to be appropriate for tights, they are not leggings, they are tights and they haven't snagged or torn even though I tug on them quite a bit.update: 9 months in and I'm still wearing these tights. I alternate between the black and two other pairs of a lighter color. After about 4 weeks of wear, I noticed that the material in the crotch started to stretch pretty thin and I was afraid that they would rip but so far they have not. I did finally snag them yesterday (I was so bummed) but that was after almost 4 months of wear. I love these and am buying another pair of black to wear after the baby is born until my body is back to it's normal state.

Poor fit and refusal to refund once tried on despite the poor f
I used product's own sizing recommendation chart and ordered large as I fell roughly in the middle of the large range (slightly closer to the medium sized section in fact). When the tights arrived I, naturally as you would, tried them on. I found them incredibly uncomfortable and disproportionately tight on my thighs, giving them an odd misshapen appearance. As a pretty standard UK size 12 I normally have no problem with sizing. Realising however with this product I would not be able to use this it, I looked at the packaging for the returns instructions to find a piece of paper in the bag saying once tried on the product would not be accepted for a refund. Firstly I question whether this is strictly legally compliant - under the UK Distant Selling Regulations consumers buying online are allowed to return for refund goods for any reason within 7 days, even if you just change your mind. Secondly, the product has not been damaged in any way (they look identical after I tried them on as before). Finally, and I think most importantly, I ordered the size based on the seller's sizing chart. I didn't guess, I used the product's own recommendation. Now, due to their poorly fitting product and rigid returns policies, I have wasted money I could Ill afford on a product of no use to me. Very upset.

Worth every penny!!
Did their job well! I suffered with a bad varicose vein while pregnant. It helped me no end to get on with my job as I stand all day ( hairdresser) and they were really comfy compared to other compression tights iv used, still in good condition now after 7 months of wearing them constantly, well worth the money if you are suffering a great deal,
