More like herbs de Puglia
As is curry, herbs de Provence is a blend of spices, these originally found growing in and around the Provence district of France. (Hence, the name. Get it?) Although the blend is carelessly interpreted (as is everything in this world), it generally includes these ten herbs: basil, bay leaf, chervil, fennel, marjoram, rosemary, summer savory, tarragon, thyme, lavender flower.Of all of the herbs de Provence displayed in search, only this Spiceology blend features all ten of these basic ingredients. Others contain as few as four. Some shamelessly eschew the lavender. HdP without lavender is not hdP.Spiceology wins by recipe. However, they choose to add oregano to the blend. In my 53-years of experience, adding oregano to herbs de Provence renders Italian seasoning, more like herbs de Puglia. That, I keep on my shelf next to my hdP. For that, I award four dots, with the REQUEST, they remove the oregano, be diligent with the lavender. Real, dried lavender looks a lot like dried violets. Throwing in some dried orange peel not lemon!) would be a plus. I do this, from a jar I keep next to my hdP, next to my Italian seasoning.None of the foregoing is a deal-breaker, only the chef’s recommendation. If you are here, looking for herbs de Provence, this Spiceology blend is the sincere choice.

Spiceology
I saw this first Netflix during a BBQ competition show. Someone use this actual spice for the pork spareribs and the judges made a comment that they were the best tasting ribs they ever had and asked what the spice was and she showed your Herbs de Provence Blend and the judges were shocked and amazed.

Ingredients not as advertised.
On the web page, they state the ingredients as “ Lavender Flower, Rosemary Leaves, Savory Leaves, Mediterranean Oregano, Tarragon Leaves, Bay Leaf, Marjoram Leaves” on the actual bottle it states the ingredients as “Spices and lavender.” Which leads me to doubt that the blend is authentic. Observation says no rosemary and a lot of fennel seeds.... Will not purchase again.

Most complete Provincial mix for the money!
Excellent mix! This stuff is still a bit over-priced considering, but the blend is complete.. there's a lot of excellent spices in here, and all the traditional. They definitely have all the basics, and then add a few more in most supplyers are hit/miss on. Superb in an array (chili particularly) of recipes.
