Pump bottle broken
The pumps on these are soo annoying, they take a long time to pump, not very good quality. You would expect it to be better for the price you are paying.

The BEST shampoo
This was used by my hair dresser and she recommended it.It’s now the only shampoo and conditioner I use. It smells absolutely insane!! My partner loves it.I have thick, wavy hair and also wear extensions.. it works wonders. Silky smooth, great quality, I will not use another shampoo!!

Pumps don’t work
Neither pump works - it’s great shampoo and conditioner but this is the 4th time I’ve had this issue!! Very frustrating as it’s an expensive product
