This works great if your in a pinch and need another set of hands and it opens wide enough for just about anything around the house.

I hardly do any reviews. This small clamp on vise is essential for me. I work with my hands a lot. I do a lot of DIY for my mountain bike, household stuff...this vise is EPIC! It is strong. I needed to find a strong base to clamp it down. For the little bit more price, I highly recommend it.

It is ok for its intended purpose. Light duty vise. As far as the durability, time will tell.

Has held up great thus far performing light gunsmith activities on pistol calibers and lower/upper receivers (not a whole build). Fits right on my work desk perfectly.

This is a nifty little tool for the right small jobs. My first job with it, which took it near its limit I think, was to hacksaw patiently through 1.25” of 0.4” thick mild steel. The vise and its mounting were rigid enough that it didn’t vibrate or rattle. This was better than I expected.

Small, handy, good for small jobs , but will not take heavy abuse. ( was not intended to ) the two pre-drilled mounting holes are a plus.

Works really well for jobs smaller than 3", which I find to cover the vast majority of my DIY in my garage

I had my doubts, given the abundance of cheaply-made products available. For the price, this a great vise. I purchased it to change my golf grips and it handled the torque required to remove the old grips with no problem. The vise is well-made. The mechanisms move smoothly. I'm glad I took the chance.
