CrushGrind Stockholm Salt- or Pepper Grinder with patented ceramic grinder (110mm, Stainless Steel, 1 Pack)

I have bought - and thrown away - many pepper mills in my life. Many. Like really a lot. They never seem to grind enough or aren't adjustable enough to suit the avid home cook or they don't last more than 6 months. This one is hands-down the best one I've ever had right out of the box. The grind action is smooth and fast, its easy fill once you know to just pull the top off and it looks great on my countertop. I just received it so can't attest to durability, but it appears to be very well made and built to last. I have high hopes that the curse of crappy pepper mills has been broken!

Came without any instructions or had to figure out how to open it (pull the top off) and how to adjust the grind (little wheel on the bottom.....turns infinitely but only has 3 positions ....don't overfill the tiny storage area so that you can't push the grinder tip back down completely....ruined a batch of tuna salad lifting it over the bowl and the bottom came loose and spilled all the peppercorns into the salad....tried to pick them all out but......

The grinder is beautiful and the mechanism is rated by all the food mags as the best in the business but the capacity is only 2 or 3 tablespoons, about a quarter of the whole size of the unit. If you really want one, get the larger size or get the Zwilling electric, also available on Amazon, that also has a CrushGrind mechanism.

Sehr gute und hochwertige Verbreitung. Ich habe direkt zwei gekauft. Oben auf dem Top ist ein Magnet eingebaut, worauf sich ein kleines rundes Edelstahl Blech befindet, dass man mit einem Griff wie eine kleine Münze umdrehen kann. Auf der einen Seite steht ein "S", und auf der anderen Seite ein "P". Das Keramik Mahlwerk ist für die Ewigkeit gemacht. Die Einstellung des mahlgrades ist so genau, dass selten eine Profi Mühle aus der Gastronomie mithalten kann.

Je l'ai depuis plusieurs mois (version sel également), c'est de l'excellente qualité et très joli de surcroît.

Ich finde diese Salz- und Pfefferstreuer sehr schön. Sie haben ein rustikales Feeling, das ich sehr angenehm finde.Einen Stern ziehe ich ab. Der Hersteller hatte zwar eine wirklich nette Idee, ein magnetisches Plättchen mit einem "S" und einem "P" mitzuliefern, um zu markieren, was drin ist. Für mich als jemand, der für Buchstaben eine Brille braucht, wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, das Plättchen vielleicht auf der einen Seite silbern mit schwarzer Schrift und auf der anderen Seite schwarz mit silberner Schrift zu machen.Ok. Ich wusste vorher, dass dieses Problem auftreten wird :) Ich hab die Dinger trotzdem gekauft, weil ich Form und Ambiente mag. Einen Stern Abzug verkraftet der Hersteller sicher.
