It was indeed too good to be true!!
It was a good product while it lasted...which was exactly one week. Then the sponge pads one the phone cradle came off themselves. Having a brand new phone, and I do not like using cases, I was not willing to use this product with my phone risking all the scratches so I just threw it in the bin.It’s a shame the sponge just came off...or else it was a good product.

Great product this , i wasnt sure when I ordered this if it would work but it does , you just get it out the box shape it to your preferred position and that’s it , this product is perfect for when your lounging around or could even be handy when your busy with your hands but still want to look at your phne

only buy it if you want to use it while lying down.
First of all I wanna say this is amazing for lying down or slouching on the couch or on ur bed. That will be the primary use for it first and foremost (maybe the only use). I love this because it will save you from arm cramps and overtime nerve damage from excessive use of your phone (which many people, me included, are guilty of). If this is also why you want it, I highly recommend it.However I do think there's false advertising on the box. I do not think it is healthy for your neck IF you use it for vlogging, cooking or general use while not lying down/slouched. It is not a good selfie stick either, as it takes pics from awkward angles. It is awkward to use when standing up and you have to face down which could hurt your neck overtime. The angles don't work in healthy ways of you use it while standing up. I would not recommend it. I'm getting good usage for this, especially during quarantine times, and I'm sure it'll see use after for lazy weekend moods. I got it for 15 bucks, and it was definitely a good deal. Overall content with this purchase.TL;DR only buy it if you want to use it while lying down.
