Had alotnof dirt and grime between the tiles.leave it on for 3 minutes and scrubbing out the dirt is really easy. Highly recommended product.

With age comes the joys of finding the best cleaning products out there 🤣 loved how ZEP literally ate away at all the gunk sitting in those cracks all these years. I wish I had ordered for a gallon sized one as I ran out of liquid just to get the toilet tiles whitened and it's small toilet area.

I was astonished when saw the results with my own eyes. it's just so easy to clean the strains at your grout. In my case, it was not cleaned for the last 5 years at least, but this solution helped me to clean it within minutes. Highly recommended. The only drawback is when you change it into mugs/cups it spill.

Works like magic as soon as you pour it on the grout. You see all the scum lift off. But you have to be very careful and use gloves as the product is very strong. Highly recommend it for dirty grouts. It took no effort at all to remove the dirt.

I would give no stars. Product came with a clearly worn out cap from opening and sealed with tape!!!. Returned it without even touching it!. Very dangerous to send a chemical cleaning Product that is not with orginal seal!.

I keep coming back to ZEP grout cleaner. It’s the only thing I’ve found that actually works and you can see it working!

Good thing is it working, but it should be with nozzle to avoid wastage.

This is an acid cleaner. I didn't realize that when I purchased it. So I had to run to the store to get heavy gloves. It doesn't foam or bubble like in the video, but let it sit and use a brush before wiping it up. It's colorless but smells acidic. After contact with the grout it turned brown as it exacted the dirt. Then watch what a beautiful job it does. It cleans better than any grout cleaner I've ever used before. Moderate ease of use. Just pour into the grout lines. Let sit maybe a minute. If you brush lightly you'll get better results than if you just wipe it off. Finally rinse it off or wipe down with a wet rag. Very good product it works. Note of caution, Wear heavy rubber gloves rated for acid. Also be very careful about kneeling while using. I was wearing old jeans and scrubbing while on my hands and knees. I must have knelt in it. Didn't damage my jeans, but the skin on my knees peeled later that night. Like a bad sunburn. I will wear rubber knee pads next time.

I never ever ever write reviews. But I ordered this because people were posting before and after pics and I couldn’t believe it. It was expensive. More than I really wanted to pay but figured if it sucked id return it. BUT OH MY GOD!!!! Don’t judge the gross dirty grout, just bought the house. I used an old toothbrush to get in between the tiles easily. This was superrrrr easy to use. I did my entire kitchen (100sq ft roughly) with half a bottle, but you see in the bottom section of the first picture that my grout was dark grey. And apparently it’s off white. I am beyond satisfied!
