I have been ordering this filter for over ten years. I love it because it makes my water taste better than the tap.

Terribly disappointing
This product is defective. It releases a brownish dust/substance that is filtered by the second stage filter but clogs it in a few days. I bought 3 units they all ruined my water filtration system.
