Wonderful plant source of Omega 3,6,9 EFA Complex. Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) and gamma lipoic acid (GLA) source with no fish burps or after taste. Great product and easy to swallow, but a bit large in size. Still, it doesn't get stuck when I take one it by itself.

I ordered these through subscribe and save as my digestive disease doctor thought I should take 2 flax seed oil tablets twice a day. I got a better price on these than I did when I bought Nature's Bounty in grocery store on sale. The look identical and amount of flax seed oil is the same.

Have done many price and quantity searches in stores and online. This combo of flax seed and (evening) primrose oil, in this quantity and strength beats every other source and price I've been able to find. I do check around every year or so to make sure this still stands true, and so far so good.
