BrocatoPowerfix Firm Hold Hairspray, 8.5oz, by Beautopia Hair (80% VOC)

I’ve used this hairspray brand for many years and never had an issue with the smell. The hairspray is absolutely rancid. Judging by the other reviews this product is defective and the seller is continuing to sell an inferior product. Amazon should address this alone based on the numerous reviews validating the same issue with the smell.

I have left 2 requests to have this item replaced and the options lock up and will not continue. Please advise on what you want me to do. I am a very unhappy customer at this point. I have wasted so much time trying to get the promt to work. I have never had a problem like this before. Something is wrong on the site.

My favorite spray. I ordered and it was delivered in a bag, with no cap-it was a sticky leaky mess! returned, reordered and the spray was reshipped. It came in a bag with no cap. The leakage was less on the second shipment. However, I think a non-smashable box and cap would work much better!

Would not buy at all.

I have ordered before from here with good luck. This particular order appeared much more yellow and had a very distinctive unpleasant odor. I am guessing it is old and deteriorating.
