Product review. Philips E102A 1991 2G mobile phone with dual SIM slots, back dated, posted setting Hindi language, Display Language choice suppressed, keypad locked every 5-30 sec, phone does not display date & time. They have suppressed lacuna in Advertisement in Amazon. Buyer asked to reach Service Center, by Tala Bridge, NW, many would reach 1400 meter NE, Paikpara. 700 meter bridge by lane severely broken, with 1x1x1 meter pocket, office should shift 700 meter west to bridge mouth. Service center address not clearly stated.They should assign Betar O Alo, Philips dealer, 183, Vivekananda Road, Manicktola market, Kolkata 700006 as Sales counter & Support Center. Seller email-id invalid, printed on box, they provide a call center email-id, no reply email comes. Reject.
