14 Chromebook 14in HD Intel 4-core CPU 4GB RAM 64GB eMMC (Renewed)

Love it takes care of all my school needs

I have a family member that hasn't had a computer in years. I thought I'd buy her this to keep her entertained. It arrived in a very secure box that looked perfect and as new/although it is a referb. Upon opening everything was perfect! If there were any "issues" cosmetically we sure did not see them. Everything seemed to be as new and perfect! Very professionally packaged. I bought this because EVERYONE uses "Chrome" and it is self updating. It arrived, we set it up. have a "mac" and I was unsure of the speed and quality of this machine. After set up/which wasn't hard/I tested this computer and was amazed at the screen quality and sound. I opened several tabs while playing an online movie and everything worked perfectly! This has very limited memory and RAM. However My cousin uses this for surfing the web, watching movies,facebook,ect...and everything works flawlessly! She doesn't use this for editing photo's or storing pictures, so the size of the memory does not affect her. If you are looking to get online and browse, have fun, watch online movies, this is perfect! The 90 day return warranty backed by Amazon is what sold me, and the overall impression of this laptop is what made me leave this review. As I read others reviews/as I am writing this/of the "mouse-track pad issue- for a few bucks you can add a wireless mouse. The overall quality of this is awesome!!

This is my second Chromebook My previous was cellular connect but sadly die on me and couldn’t find another one. But this is perfect for me not only is super fast the both time is on seconds only the performance is great I do everything on this, light weight and easy to carry is excellent to take on the road And the battery life is good several hours before die No touch scream on this model but I don’t feel the need to use that option. The trackpad is very response and the screen definition full HD is great Overall I do recommend this product for catching up with your favorites website movies Netflix etc Almost forgot I got this one for the game play steam and I wasn’t disappointed it handles well those games Sadly the steam service is going to be shut down next year but nevertheless it performs as advertised.

It was good for the price but doesn't do everything I needed to do I forget they don't have CD-ROMs or ROMs at all

OMG my old chromebook died! I realized that I use it WAY more than my desktop computer - read that as ALL DAY LONG! I use it for work, for contacting friends, for using recipes when I cook, for literally everything! So when it bit the dust, I was in a panic as to what to do. Along came this HP which is almost identical to my old one. I LOVE it. The price was right, comes with the charging cable, lasts a long time with a full charge. It does not have a touch screen which is OK with me, and best of all, if I ever have to replace it, all my info is already stored in Chrome, and I can just pick up where I left off. LOVE it to pieces! Great product, would absolutely endorse it for sure.

This was definitely worth the buy. I purchased this computer when my son went to high school, & he STILL uses it to this day. Very durable, easy to use, great storage capacity. I will definitely purchase another, especially since he knows how to operate this one so well.

I am extremely disappointed with the Chromebook (HP Chromebook 14a-na0031wm) I received. This product was advertised as reliable, but the reality is the opposite. The touchscreen is defective and causes random touches, making the laptop almost unusable. The build quality is very poor — cables and components inside are fragile and not well assembled. The product does not meet the expectations set in the description and feels misleading. For the price, this is unacceptable. I expected a functional, durable Chromebook, not a machine that creates more problems than solutions. This was a waste of money and time. I strongly request a full refund or replacement immediately. If not resolved, I will escalate this case with Amazon and leave a detailed negative review to warn other buyer

I purchased this as I needed a light simple laptop to take with me when I travel. I didnt need anything super fast or high dollar as I use my custom built desktop for that. I ordered this knowing it was able to be returned. I was surprised and very happy with what I got. Package was well packed. Simple. Laptop and charging cable. I charged it for a few hours and setup was a breeze. Computer is nice, light, and works well. The chrome OS is a little harder to setup and get where you want but its something you can GOOGLE!! If there is ANYTHING I can gripe about it is this. The keyboard is in lower case and I doint like that. Thats it!!

Excelente compra!!!

Chromebooks are really good products. This one has a fast startup, like rocket fast compared to windows 10. long battery life. recommended product This is the second submission of this review after the first submission was rejected by amazon for not meeting guidelines. Almost unbelievable.
