I'm amazed at how good quality this is. Also longer, so you can kick train properly, I've been using it for the last month almost every, kicking, boxing, no marks, no gashes, apart from my shoes black marks left on its face and ribs, lol. Good stuff. Filled with water it only slightly moves on my concrete backyard, when kicked the hell out of it, not a big deal.

Ive stored it outside garden covered with binbag when not in use.Looks like it will last.Top tipFill the bottom with 80% sand 20% waterOnly moves a little.Great for cardio,kicking,elbows,knees,pinching.A vital part of my fitness.Should of got this years ago

This is a quality product easy to set up great to use.

I sent mine back after just a couple of kicks, it just doesn't work. The way the torso connects to the base is just not sufficient to take the stress a couple of heavy kicks or punches and the torso just falls off. I've had 2 century bob xl, which have lasted for over 8 years, this will not last 5 mins. Do yourself a favour add another £150 and buy the century bob xl. Returning this is a right pain. Looks and sounds good but in reality useless.
