Bunuelos are airy and lacy cookies that are fast to make and fun to decorate. I wouldn’t say they’re easy to make though. Your first few sets will be fails so just be aware of that. I made rosettes years ago. Wanted to do the same with my granddaughter. One of theforms will not screw into handle. It’s theflower form. Takes a while to figure outfrying, but we managed to make cookies.

I am pleased with the quality of the molds. Nice variety of shapes.

This brings back so many happy childhood memories. I remember my aunt brought us a big box of homemade rosettes every year. She eventually bought us a set of the molds so my mom can make them for us anytime (but my mom didn't do it).I love to just have my own set of molds. They look exactly like those we had and worked well. I am sure, just like my mom, I would be making this probably just once or twice a year. It is so hard to find rosettes in stores. The only way I can get them is to make them myself. Whenever I crave them, I will make a big batch and store them in an airtight container. They last for weeks.

This time I ordered and it came defect pieces and they replaced it with the same one with the same problem. Not only that one of them was damaged and one of them was used. I am very disappointed in the quality of this seller and will never buy again.
