I was a bit sceptical about TENS but my philosophist said it may help. This is a great little TENS it works a treat. The pads are easy to fit. It's easy to put on and there's a selection of different modes and strengths. The pads are very good quality and stick to the skin even if you get hot. Best of all I was able to cut down the amount of pain killers.

My daughter has been using this for 2 days for period pain and it’s been amazing. Please read the instructions properly before use and when you know what to do you can definitely get the best out of it. She’s had it on for 10 hours today and the battery still hasn’t ran out. Every hour it does need to be reset for another 60mins which she’s now a whizz at. 100% recommend. I’ve ordered the extra pads for when they need to be replaced.

I wake with severe pain in my upper arms every day, making it difficult to get out of bed. I thought I would try one of these, and I am so glad I did. It really does work to relieve pain, and is quite pleasant and easy to use. It is small and compact enough to wear under clothing, and I find I can control the unit well enough by touch through my sleeve (the control symbols are embossed). In any case I only need the first one or two settings, so no fumbling problem for me. My only gripe is that the pad adheres so strongly that I find it difficult to remove and I have bruised my arm occasionally. I am going to try some electrode gel with the pad that might solve this problem. Still, I am pleased enough with the unit that I'm here to buy another one for my other arm. The price makes this very affordable.

I’ve had 2 of these as I got one wet by accident. Worked well but replacement pads expensive and now cant be bought anywhere without them costing £50 from abroad . So no - I would not buy this again and I’m annoyed that I’ve only just bought my 2nd one and will now need to buy a different one 😡

Was recommended by someone else and definitely not disappointed. Works well with pain relief. EAsy to use, charges overnight, easy to find replacement pads. Good secure pads, dont slip away. Different modes (need some trials which are clearly described in the manual to ensure the best mode that works for you). Needed several trials to see what each mode does and which one works best for pain relief. Small enough to be discrete and use under clothes (if needed for continuous use). Easy to carry as it is really small device, very convenient for travel and does not need a unique charger, charges from a standard mobile charger.

i have pretty severe period pains and decided to try this option. the "machine" sticks on really well and strong (at least on first use) but looks a lot rougher in real life than in pic - especially in comparison to a competitors product (the pink/purple one marketed for endometriosis pain, same technology, it is in one solid piece and stylish - in this one the white center piece can be removed but i am not sure why as it has to be stuck on to use it). the good news is that it works somewhat, cos while i do feel the pain while using, when it stops working the pain is clearly worse. so not a magic pill and im still taking pain killers as well but it helps 20-40%. the negative is that it's annoyingly complicated to use, considering this is 2022. there are 2 buttons and you have to spend a lot of time to set the right program and length. everytime the timer runs out (max 60min) you have to go through the same "press + for 3 seconds until you hear a beep..." and repeat that until you have the program you want. and then the same with "-" button to get the right timer length. and then again to get it started. i guess having several programs is a plus as different programs might help with different kind of pain, and the price of course is lower than that of many competitors, so i get it. but i am wondering if i should dish out the money to try another model which would have less button pushing. i would say it's decent for the money. will include pics of the machine and part of instructions.

Hab es gegen meine Schulter-Nackenverspannungen gekauft und ich bin positiv überrascht. Es ist einfach in der Anwendung. Man kann es allein anbringen und ablösen. Es ist groß genug und hält was es verspricht. Nach mehrmaligen Anwendungen klebt es immer noch gut.

Me soluciona los dolores de riñón. Al ser inalámbrico lo utilizo hasta en la cama cuando el dolor no me deja dormir. Es el segundo que compro, el otro se mojó por un despiste mío. Felicito al fabricante , no sé qué haría sin este aparato. Los medicamentos no me solucionan el problema, este Tens si.
