A quick read and some good information, but a little to heavy on some of the formula parts for my personal taste. Good information about the importance of company culture and the impact on moral and overall performance - nothing earthshaking, but communicated through a easy to follow business fable. Loved the ending. Big Chick-Fil-A fan and have listened to David Salyers on numerous podcasts.

A great reminder that culture is king when it comes to an effective organization. The idea of creating a culture that is committed to creating value is a winner for every type of organization. If you want your organization to have a remarkable results then read this book.
