Great Product
Very pleased with this purchase- the pump came two days earlier than I expected, I was able to connect it (using the adapter) in minutes, and now I have clean clothes again. Actually, I think it works better than the original pump ever did-it's quieter and it drains the tub a lot faster... very glad I decided to go with this much more affordable option

Excellent Product.
Ordered a pump and it came in damaged from shipping. Emailed the company and they quickly sent me out a new one at no charge. Part works just as good as an OEM pump at a fraction of the cost. Seems to be well built. Would not hesitate to buy again. Excellent seller.

Replacment Drain Pump WhirlPool Duet Washing Machine
I ordered the pump December 2nd and the expected delivery was December 9th to 16th. This was later amended to December 17th to 21st. The pump actually arrived December 22nd. I suppose that with the Christmas rush I should be happy it arrived at all. That is my only complaint about this item.The good news is that the pump was an exact fit and if you are in the least handy with a screw driver fairly easy to install. My washer is an older model so I had to remove the top and front to acces the drain pump. I took some pictures to ensure I put theings back together properly and accessed the ever helpful DIY YouTube videos for hints.I installed the pump, put the washing machine back together and gave it a test run. Everything is A Okay.the suppliers description was 100% accurate and made ordering simple.
