The boots themselves are very nice, look cute and are well insulated.I usually buy boots in a 4 and I wear thick socks. I don't mind them being a bit overlarge but there was full inch between my toe and the end of the boot. I checked I received the right size and they were stamped correctly. They didn't go to waste as I gave them to my sister who is a size 5, and they fit her very well.I can't speak to longevity as they haven't been worn much yet, but they arrived in great condition so I'm hopeful they will last.

Fit well and look great

I love the boots, I use them for walking the dog. They keep my feet and lower legs warm and dry, the soles grip the ground well whatever surface I'm walking on. Reasonable price, easy to get on and off and to fasten. I recommend them.

These were very cheap and my hopes were not high .... First impressions were not bad. Fit was good and the materials seemed ok. Stitching very wonky in places and clearly not a quality item.I wore them out for a dog walk and was ok with the comfort. They were warm and dry, but (and I've read this elsewhere) the top lacing cleat came off! It's a cheap stud with no backing.So I think the morale is, you get what you pay for - £20 for a pair of boots is pushing it. You may be lucky but whatever, don't tighten the laces too tight!

God product and very comfy for my feet

I lightly pulled the laces to do the boots up and one of the loops to hold the lace broke - see photo. This was my first time trying them on! So disappointing to see how badly they are made as they looked nice.I had read reviews that said this type of thing but thought it was just a minority. I should have listened rather than wasting my time ordering and returning.

I finally wore out a pair of Klīm brand boots that I used for snowmobiling after 10 years. These Knixmax boots seem just as good at a much lower price. My Klīm boots were stiff, clunky, and heavy. These are lightweight and flexible. The inside is a much softer fabric as well. My Klīm boots laced up and these do too; however, the laces slide through the lace-ups much more smoothly than did my Klīms.I've been snowmobiling three times wearing the Knixmax in heavy Idaho snow for 2-3 hours at a time and have had NO problems with warmth or comfort ! Wind and waterproof was not an issue either. Moving around on and off the sled was so much easier without the weight of my old boots !I paid a high price for my Klīms and wondered if these would be comparable in all aspects; they are (except for the heaviness on my feet). The only thing yet to be seen is if they last 10 years like my old ones did. So far, I think they will.

Update Feb 25 2024:It didn't get as cold as I thought it would in the Cariboo, maybe -10C. The boots are comfortable, they fit well with my thermal socks and I they are warm. They are light weight too. We do alot walking on the the lake and trekking up and down icy stairs. With crampons of course. So light weight was important.These are nice boots, but will have to reordered 1 size up. I need them for -30 C, making them too tight with thick socks. When I get my new ones, after my trip to the Cariboo, I'll leave a comment. The only down fall, was the delivery. Amazon drivers are getting really bad for NOT following instructions no matter how BOLD you make your note.
