Saw the social media buzz on LIV watches and did some research on the company and their watches and pulled the trigger. I wanted a solid build made of great materials, I wanted Swiss built movement, I wanted a large face and a watch that would get noticed for its style and look, had to have a sapphire crystal face…got it all for under $600! The watch is beautiful and everything I hoped for, the packaging was perfect, the customer service is excellent and the five year warranty and wide selection of other options to choose from made me a LIV guy for life. It’s instantly my favorite watch and I have a new passion to collect!

I received my GX1 last night and my gaaawwd is it a gorgeous piece of engineering!!!While I have a thinner wrist than most, I was nervous that it was going to look like I was wearing a clock from Flava Flav's closet, but boy was I wrong. The weight of the watch meshed with the silicone strap feels like you're wearing your birthday suit. And it took 1.2 seconds, literally, for me to vow this is the only chrono I will ever need. It is easy to read and wear, not heavy at all. It is sporty and classy. The packaging is well done, was not expecting a leather pillow.Since it was my first chrono, I wasn't totally positive the correct way to use, while a manual wasn't included, it is made available on their website and is clear and helpful. Their customer service is above anything I would expect, their knowledge is professional and while they are a business they have a great sense of humor and very personable. Look forward to owning their watches for a VERY very long time.If this is a hint of what is to come when the GX1A arrives, I would bet my left foot that there will be more Chrono's ordered!!Well done Chaz and Team, you have outdone yourself, truly have put quality and service at the tip top of what you encompass...btw my dad loved the note on the bottom of the invoice!
