Lock and Love Women's Casual High Waist Solid/Tie Dye Fold Over Flowy Long Maxi Skirt

I love this skirt! The fabric, fit, length, and color have stayed true after having washed it on cool wash and hung it out to dry on a dryer rack and it is still like new! I always wash my clothes on cool cycle and hang out to dry to keep them in excellent condition. This skirt is uber comfy, classy and a beautiful knit skirt! I am 5ft 7 and 1/2 inches tall, weigh 124 lbs and long long legs and this skirt is long and comes to the top of my shoes. I ordered the large and it is not to big but still long enough! Excellent in every way!

I purchased two of these skirts - aqua tie dye and olive tie dye. If you scroll to the bottom of the listing page, you can see a couple of accurate sizing charts. My size fell between a medium and large according to the chart and the reviews, and many spoke of how stretchy they are so I ordered both sizes in each to see which would work best. I'm 5' 6" . 140lbs, small-boned and curvy with a 32 in waist and 41" hips. The medium fit me, but was a bit tight at the waist, although I could have worn it, especially with some light shapewear. The large fits a little looser at the waist so I decided to keep it. The fabric is very thin and transparent and would not work in a solid light color, but is less obvious with a print or dark colors, although it is still very thin. I decided to try something. I put on the medium skirt under the large in the same color and print, and voila, the fabric is no longer too thin, the two layers are not too bulky and they hang beautifully. I think I will purchase a white in medium to wear as a slip under lighter solid colors. This of course defeats the great pricing because you have to buy two skirts, but I figured I would spend the same amount on a slip and it might not fit well under the skirt. This might not work for everyone, but it works very well for me and might be worth trying.

Liked the style and fit of this skirt but it is slightly see threw very thin material wear shorts under.

Beautiful fabric and so, so soft! The most important thing when I am looking for clothing is the fabric. I’m very sensitive to anything synthetic and will always steer towards natural fibers. This fits the bill as it is 95% Rayon. I am definitely going to order this in more colors! Quickly becoming my new favorite staple wardrobe item. The elastic band at the top is thin yet feels very secure and is not tight in a way that it creates an un-flattering silhouette. I have such a hard time finding pants, skirts, bottoms in general… so this is a huge win for me! True to size.

What I love about it is it's perfect. Love the material. Love the color. Love how it feels. Can't see through it. I think I look pretty good.. The only trouble is I can't find a shirt that is the right color. Dang it! I'll keep looking

I absolutely love these skirts, so I guess I'll keep taking a chance on them. They fit well and flow beautifully. I've ordered three skirts from here. They were and in order I bought all at separate times... 1. Olive Tie-Dye - Made by Johnny Label - fit perfect - length super long which I was excited about - color looks like the picture 2. Black Tie-Dye - Made by Johnny Label - fit perfect - length shorter by a couple inches and just barely hits the floor was not happy about - color looks like the picture 3. TEAL Tie-Dye - Lock & Love Label - fits slightly different and slightly tighter but not enough to make a big difference - length long more like the Olive skirt - COLOR absolutely wrong and looks more like the AQUA tie-dye skirt photo I'm 5'9" so I love that these skirts are long enough on me. Even though Lock & Love and Made by Johnny are run by the same company...I prefer the Made by Johnny skirts and am totally fine with the wrong labeled products. Reason I gave 3 stars is because the clear inconsistency in skirt length and now color. The teal tie-dye skirt looks nothing like the picture and like I said above it looks more like the Aqua tie-dye skirt but with more of the sky blue color in it rather than white. It's still a pretty skirt and I like the color, but it was not what I ordered.
