Great brush
I love the way it feels on my head. Goes through thick hair easily. Looks like it will last a while.

worth it for me
These type brushes are getting harder and harder to fine in our plastic world. I can not use plastic due to my fine hair....that is unless I don't care about static hair which make me look like I stuck my finger in a light socket. I had purchased another brand which was immediately sent back due to the metal pins not being tipped and sharp, smh. Granted the two different ones I purchased (this being one of them) are much more costly yet this is what I want and need. Truthfully the price was not all that terrible considering I get something that does not make me a frizz head. The handle is comfortable and does not feel thin nor flimsy. The bristles are comfortable against my scalp with the added bonus that the kit gives you a little rake for cleaning the brush out. You get a few other items as well so all in all a good purchase in my opinion.

Wooden paddle. Didn't add much frizz. Didn't take away much frizz.
The reason I try out hair brushes is because the last time I had to shop for a hair brush I found it difficult. My favorite hair brush was no longer being made. The company went out of business. I shopped and compared. I settled for an expensive one.Trying out hairbrushes, I have learned that one doesn't need to spend a ton of money on a brush. There are also a lot of different brushes. This brush:This is a full sized hair brush. It has a wooden paddle. One of the things I look at is the cushion it has. This is a very soft cushion that deflates very easily when pressed upon. The bristles are metal. They are spaced as other bristles on any other brush. To use:It feels great on my head. I find the metal bristles gently massaged my head. Starting at the bottom of my hair and working up, I was able to work out all of the knots.I don't feel that the cushion deflating easily had any impact on the use of the brush in my hair.Using it, I found that it caused no more frizz than normal to my hair. My hair seemed about the same.Price is relative to the person. This brush has a wooden paddle. I personally like the wooden paddles. I feel wooden paddles are more expensive. The quality of the brush is good. The bristles don't come out. It took out knots. Did it take out frizz? I used on wet hair while drying, I felt it didn't add frizz but my hair didn't look much less different than my other brush. On dry hair, I found it left just the slightest frizz at the bottom of my hair.

Best dog brush ever for heavy haired pet, I love it for me!!
I had to wait a month for a grooming a[-ointment for Alexi an her hair grew daily to one big mess. This burst gets to the roots and makes her look so much neater and she enjoys the brushing! I love the brush for me, too as it goes through my hick hair and feels comfortable!!

Comfort
This brush is great for its price . Massages the scalp and feels really good while using it . Probably best for people with a lot of hair due to its larger pad size

More than just a brush
This brush has a nice bamboo handle and metal bristles. It also comes with its own comb to remove hair from the brush, a clip, and a two sided mini brush/mini comb. My teen needed a new brush and this fits the bill. They do not think that it gets the tangles out as well as their previous brush, but say they like the weight and feel of it. Thank you for reading this review and I do hope you found it helpful!
