Pretty Little Truths: Modern Devotionals for Young Women

Purchased for my soon to be 18 year old daughter. When I received and started reading, I couldn't believe how perfect it is!! The topics are exactly what she needs to hear encouragement on, as I'm sure many teen girls do! It's written so well, it reads as if someone who's been there is having a conversation with you! For my daughter, who doesn't quite yet read her Bible much or fully understand God's love and power, it's perfect and easy to understand the way it's worded. It will hopefully bring her lots of encouragement as well as inspire her to look up the verses mentioned, think about the questions and "challenges" and eventually dig deeper into her relationship with God and Jesus Christ!! It also has very helpful study tips in the back!

Pretty Little Truths is one of my Favorite Devotionals. Mandy Fender did amazing work with this.I cannot suggest this book enough! Ive done daily devotionals and I can never keep up with them so having a weekly one was amazing!

I didn't realize that it was a weekly devotional until after I bought it but I still read it every day, which meant I finished it fast but it was still a great book. It was a little strong in opinion at times but overall, it was great.
