Best quality bands
For the price and quantity of bands you get, this is a bargain. All are high quality. stars because the bag to bring them in is not good as of the quality of the bands and gets broken immediately after a while. So good if you carry them in your own bag.

Great gym alternative!
Was depressed as I really missed gym! I really wanted that pump feeling, that I really challenge myself not just pretend. This is what it gives! Check James Grage on YouTube, guy's reckon he's been on bands only for past 2 years or so and he's jacked! Was considering the tube version of bands for most of the time but I did my research and found out these would be more beneficial(especially movement and the way you could grab it) and should last as well(fingers crossed). So far really happy with the quality of those especially for the price.
