Product is good, does the job. However the tablets are compressed powder, no coating, and rather large and quite uncomfortable to swallow.

So I decided to buy these pills for different reasons firstly to help with opening the arteries as I’m a lady in my 50s and heart disease is in my family and secondly it can help low blood pressure. So I am trying these pills for a year to see if they will benefit me in anyway ! Fingers crossed they help !

I find tablets so much easier to swallow than capsules - yes, these are big (to be expected with 1000mg), so you need a good mouthful of water to wash one down properly. I'm really impressed, started feeling the effects within a few days - as someone with ME/Chronic Fatigue, who's tried every supplement available, the energy boost is very welcome! I'll edit with a follow-up in a few months, to say whether it continues (I hope it does).

Just a heads up, the tablets are massive and hard to swallow - and I'm a size queen! That said, if you snap them in half and chuck in a bottle of water they dissolve pretty easily. So I've been doing that.

The first order I placed for these capsules was fulfilled with capsules, as expected - quite large ones, but easy to swallow and very effective, with obviously good quality arginine powder inside. This second order, unfortunately, although described as capsules, has been fulfilled with large awkwardly shaped tablets, apparently uncoated because they stick drily to the tongue, which I find *very* hard to swallow reliably. I'm not sure that the arginine contained in the tablets is of comparable quality to what was in the former capsules either, but it's still early days battling to find the best way of taking them. Quite disappointing, and I probably won't be ordering again.
