Couldn't be happier with this ash basket. It fits perfectly, is thick and sturdy, and, of course, is stainless steel. It raises the charcoal on a Kamodo Joe Classic, clearing the bottom holes to allow air to flow freely around the charcoal. This ash basket is 25% of the cost of Kisk Ash branded baskets and 20% of the price the manufacturer charges. As have only used for the first time, am unable to state how easy it is to clean so gave 'cleaning' 3 stars. That said, it can't be harder to clean than the top grills, which require frequent cleaning with normal use. I highly recommend this size ask basket for the Kamodo Joe Classic.

I've only used it once so far but I love it already. It fits my Vision Professional-S grill nicely. I was impressed how heavy duty the construction is. I was expecting much thinner wire construction. The basket is built like a tank! I like the way the handles are bent inward for easy gripping. The basket also allows for better air flow. It works well with my FlameBoss 500 system.

It seems like it will hold up for a long time as its replacing one we've had for years. now Im using this basket in a typical drum style grill when I want to smoke ribs. The racks came out great and it held enough charcoal/wood chunks for a 5 hour smoke

Nice heavy construction. Makes my Green Egg easier to clean. However it burns much cooler than the original round plate. This basket allows much of the incoming air to go around the charcoal instead of thru it. This may be good or bad depending on how you want to cook.

This should come with the egg! Medium fit perfect. Makes cleaning your egg much easier! Helps separate ash from coals. Fire breaths better, making temperature control better.

Ok, this basket is perfect in my egg! makes cleaning so much better, I removed the original iron base plate (which required cleaning out the holes all the time ) and dropped this in. Now I simply grab the side handles give it a shake and add more coal! Has made cleaning and prepping the BBQ faster and with less mess. Should have gotten this a long time ago, do yourself a favour and get one! you will not regret it!!

Cette grille entre parfaitement dans le fonds de notre kamado et est vraiment de bonne qualité (métal vraiment épais et assez lourd). Colis est arrivé ouvert car pas assez robuste pour la lourde grille. Mais comme elle est livrée dans un sac plastique et n’était pas abîmée, tout va bien.
