Shampoo came in an undamaged box, inside, the cap of the shampoo bottle must have become loose during shipment resulting in the outside of the bottle being covered in shampoo as well as the plastic bag that the bottle was in,

It wasn't the same Peter Coppola formula I remembered and had used for several years. Disappointed and now stuck with a large bottle of an OK only product.

I purchased this to have ready when I was and now realize its hand soap. I feel defrauded. I am demanding an immediate refund. Shameful.

This is the best shampoo by far! It keeps my hair shiny and the smell is amazing! I have the whole collection.

This shampoo does not lather up. I pair it w/ his conditioner. My hair feels great!
