This is a very nice set, especially for someone, such as myself, starting out with machine embroidery. There are many different types of stabilizer that should be used with different fabrics, and this set has sample-size sheets of twelve, along with instructions as to when each should be used.In some cases, the sheet may be enough for you to finish a project without buying a full-size stabilizer when you only needed the one piece.In other cases, by doing a little testing, you can save money by not buying a full-size of the wrong stabilizer.There are four samples of different tear-away stabilizers, four of different wash-away stabilizers, and four of different cut-away stabilizers. Most of the sheets are 12” x 16”. A few are 12” x 24”, one is 10” x 16”, and one is 9.5” x 8”.
