Perfect for big packed lunches
Our son is growing at the rate of knots and we needed a larger lunchbox for him so we can try and beef him up a bit (you can play the xylophone on his ribs!)This has a huge space for his sandwiches whilst still allowing his juice, fruit and nibbles on the tray away from his sandwiches. It feels really sturdy and a nice tight seal when itās closed. The boxes can be stacked with the trays and lids standing vertically inside so they donāt take up as much cupboard space as his last ones. A happy teen at last

Alpha Designs | Meal Prep Containers Reusable Food Lunch Box With clip lids
These are really nice containers with a shallow compartment inside at the top for small snacks. The main body will hold a decent amount of food so it is a tad bulky for my rucksack for instance. Great for kids if they have a lunch bag but again would be a bit bulky in a rucksack. The containers feel sturdy look attractive and are secured with the clips. They would be great for all storing food in the fridge of freezer.

Great compact size but can put a lot of food in them š±
These Alpha Designs Containers - Lunch Box with Lids & Tray 3 Pack hold a decent amount of food. I like that you can pack everything in one container and it has divided sections to keep things separate, instead of having to pack multiple bags.Carrot and celery sticks with dips and a small portion of nuts and possibly dried fruit or seeds is my on-the-go snack when I travel to pick up my grandchildren on Friday afternoons. They've proven invaluable.I pack a sandwich, carrot sticks, cucumber slices and small breadsticks with a dip and nuts and raisins in the 2 other containers for them to snack on, for their journey back with me. The 4-sided locking clips ensure the food stays fresh and secure, preventing any leaks or spills. Whether I'm packing a picnic, storing leftovers, or prepping meals for the week, this set has me covered, making it a seamless addition to my busy lifestyle. The clips to close the containers are very sturdy and are easy enough for little ones to open and close but sturdy enough to stay closed in the lunchbox. They're a little pricey compared to other plastic food storage but very reasonable compared to other 4 sided clip containers. I like that I can take the tray inserts out depending on what Iām packing.Made from BPA-free polypropylene and silicone rubber.Strong and airtight. Keep food fresh for longer. They look great too.

Great simple design
These lunch boxes really offer plenty of options if you like a bit of variety in your lunch due to the insert tray. They aren't too big so don't expect a big lunch however! The clip design is hinged so will last longer than the fixed plastic hinge designs you often see. There is a seal on the inside that keeps things fresh and airtight. What I really like is how the insert tray as a little ledge to sit on rather than just a "friction" drop-in. Also these can be used without the insert tray too offering more space for a single serving.

Excellent quality
At £6 each, these 1.1 litre lunch boxes are not cheap, but they are excellent quality. The lids clip firmly; they are water tight, and the tray fits perfectly.I put some dry (basmati) rice in one container and shook the box quite aggressively for 20 seconds, and ALL the rice stayed in the original compartment. The tray is not "vacuum-tight", so if you put soup in the bottom you would probably want to try and keep it flat as much as possible - but even then the movement of liquid is very minimal, and although there may be very minor leakage from the base area in to the tray, the lid IS water-tight, so your bag will stay perfectly dry :)

Sturdy boxes with good clasps
This is a review of a three pack of the 1100ml tubs, not the larger 2100ml or 2300ml options.Iām pleased with the general quality and sturdiness of these boxes. The clasps are nice and strong, with a good shape to them which makes them easy to grip and easy to lever open or push shut, which happens with a satisfying and airtight āclunkā sound. The plastic is quite thick and completely inflexible, providing plenty of protection for your valuable lunch. The black tray is quite simple and featureless, but it does the job, with compartments that I can use for meat and sauce, or my main mix and a little bit of side salad and so on. Although the smallest section really is quite small, only big enough for a handful of cucumber sticks, overall itās versatile enough to cope with most of my office lunches. But considering that the asking price is eighteen quid for just three tubs, Iāve bought tubs from other brands where you can get six or even eight tubs with decent lids for that price. While the inner tray is a bonus and the plastic quality is maybe a step up, unfortunately I canāt say that the current asking price represents good value. The way the boxes arrive, in an unglamorous plastic bag like a bunch of unmarked leftovers or seconds, rather takes away from the feeling of this being a premium product as well. I usually donāt mind cheap packaging for online sales, but this was positively ugly, and a waste of plastic too.So for the satisfying way that they reassuringly āclunkā and then open again easily when I want them to, I was tempted to give these tubs five stars, but based mainly on the value-for-money, they narrowly miss out.
