I initially bought the 8 oz bottle to try it out, it went so fast that I am now replenishing with the 21.2 oz size bottle. I find myself reaching for it for a variety of different dishes in conjunction with Mirin, Sake and soy. In my opinion it is especially delicious with stir fry vegetables and especially with chicken soba (or other noodle) type dishes. Review: An Oyster Sauce with a Good amount of Actual Oyster in it - It's 45% actual Oyster. A good number for compared to most oyster sauces. A light and genuine taste. Not too salty or rich.
