Built well in the USA.
Built very well and made in the USA. Hose appears to be the full 15ft length but didn't measure it. I think I am going to cut it shorter because I don't see the use of such a long hose since the inflator end does not have a locking mechanism on it so there isn't a reason to have it longer than a person's arm length (6ft).Update: I cut the hose and mended it back together and the total hose length is about 3 feet and it works great! Now I have about 12 Feet a high quality rubber hose to use for something else and there is less air escaping to fill up the extra 12 feet of hose when getting psi measurements.

Nice combination chuck and pressure gauge
I've been using this for a few months now and have generally been pleased. The inflator seems to be well constructed. My only complaint is the length of the leader hose between the air valve control and the chuck. It seems unnecessarily long and results in a lot of extra hose between your hands. Still, better to long than too short. Other than this relatively minor quibble I find it a good product.

Best for 2 People
Build quality is very good. Hose is supple, fittings are brass and machined aluminum. Issues are with the distance from the lever to the air chuck. If the distance is longer than your arms stretched out, kinda is like having a spoon in a swamped boat, absolutely useless. But, it works well, and if you have 2 people pumping tires, it is fantastic. I recommend about 3-4 feet of hose. Maybe on the big rigs, the length is needed to get to the inside tires, don't know. I would still recommend this one at the under $10 price.

Like the gauge
After all the cheap inflators from harbor freight, I broke down and got this one. Not much more, a lot easier to use with its built in gauge and the hose means your face isn't right next to tire when filling. A big deal with the sun baked tires in the SW. Buy an air chuck clamp-on end and make life easier.

I am glad that it is American made
I am glad that it is American made.I didn't realize that the hose length that I was looking forward to,turns the device into a two person job.The pressure gauge and the thumb valve are at one end of the hose, the filler valve at the other. Who is going to hold the filler onto the tire stem?Ridiculous.

It doesn't come with a "lock on" air chuck & the pipe threads on the end of the hose aren't 1/4" npt
You can't lock this on the tire valve stem and inflate the tire from a safe distance, the reason for the long air hose, because, contrary to the claims made on this site, there isn't a locking air chuck on the product. I bought another product, a locking air chuck, to make that work. But to make things a little more complicated, most air tools/fittings have 1/4" npt threads. But the male threads coming off of the brass ferule on the end of the air hose are 1/4" compression threads. The only way I found to bridge the gap was to go to my local big box store and buy 2 brass fittings, another $11, to get the two thread types to connect. I really don't see the point of not making the threads compatible, i.e. 1/4" npt everywhere, so that you can easily add an aftermarket locking chuck. Or, more to the point, why Milton doesn't just put a locking chuck on the product in the first place.

Only thing that would make it better is a clip type air chuck so you can actually use it like designed. I cut the end off and had a fitting put on so I could do just that. After that mod it works great
