Works good for holding water bottle
I bought this to be able to hold a water bottle, when pulling it out of a fire, if I ever need to purify that way. It appears to be heavy duty and when you unhook it there is alot of spring power. It's something to keep in my hiking bag for day trips. Hopefully I will never have to use it, but I'm sure it will do the job if the need arises.

A relatively thin piece to attach to a bottle and cook over the fire. Works perfect with my nalgene single wall

Exactly as described and functions perfectly.
There isn't much to say about this simple device except it does exactly what I want it to do, hold my bush craft stainless steel water bottle over my campfire.
